Capo Vaticano, according to a classification made by the French magazine "Les Grands Voyageurs", is among the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world. Our village is located a few steps from the sea and has a beautiful beach with beach-umbrellas and deck-chairs. Our guests can plunge into a sea with light blue, turquoise and deep blue Caribbean colors, alternating rocks and fine white sand. The beach is approximately 1km long and it ends in the South with the cliff of Capo Vaticano, a place of incomparable majesty and charm, where you can admire the famous small beaches, confidential small beaches which can be reached only by the sea (this service is provided by the village and must be booked). Looking at the horizon you can see the rock from which our village draws its name (U Vadaru), which emerges from a depth of 20 meters (possibility of snorkeling and sightseeing by boat) and the famous Aeolian Islands, Vulcano, Lipari, Panarea, Sicily in the distance and finally the Stromboli, which with its smoke is the ideal setting for your beautiful pictures at sunset. At a few miles there is Tropea, which has received the award "5 Vele" ("5 Sails") for many years and according to "The Sunday Times" (important British newspaper) Tropea is at the 1st place among the 20 most beautiful beaches in Europe.
