•  Types of apartments:

A: One-room apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and veranda.

B: Two-rooms apartment with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette with sofa-bed and veranda.

C: Two-rooms apartment with bedroom, living room with kitchen and sofa-bed, bathroom and veranda.

D: Apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom and veranda with kitchenette.

E: Apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and veranda.

G: Apartment with two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and veranda.

F: Apartment with three bedrooms, small living room with sofa-bed, bathroom, veranda with kitchenette

- All apartments are equipped with their own air conditioning, hairdryer, strongbox, telephone, satellite TV.

- In the weekly prices from Saturday to Saturday (or to be agreed) VAT and consumption of water, electricity and gas are included.

- Linen is not provided (here you can rent it for double bed € 8, € 6 single, bathroom linen € 8 per person), weekly change is compulsory.

- Final cleaning is compulsory and it has to be paid on site, 50 € (minimum) and 80 € (maximum) (excluding kitchenette and dishes, charged to the Guest).

- In the period from June 25th to September 11th the Club Card is compulsory (the cost is € 25 for adults and € 10 for children 4-11 years per week) and it includes: animation (daytime and evening), kids club, beach service with a beach-umbrella and two deck-chairs per apartment, swimming-pool, tennis court and football (five-a-side) ground (at 300 m on high ground), garage (one car is free, € 35 extra ones), fitness room and table-tennis.

- A weekly fee of € 40 must be paid for children aged 0-4 years, if their presence exceeds the number of beds provided in the apartment.

- The dwelling units, available from 4 pm to 8 pm of the day of arrival, must be left by 9 am the day of departure.

- For booking please send 30% of the total amount.

- The balance will be paid on arrival.
